ethics, globalization, entrepreneurship and small businesses, cultural
diversity, and quality.
Here at XISS, we religiously follow his book on
Principles and Practices of Management which has provided us with the very
basic concepts which facilitated better understanding of various management
issues, the various emerging trends supported by Caselets. Hence, the book has
provided us with a very strong foundation towards the basic concepts of
Planning, Organising, Leading, Controlling and Work Place Diversity etc.
